Summer time is just around the corner and the one thing that South Africa's love to do is sip on cocktails while the sun blares down on us here in our rocking country! We all need a little refreshment and a fresh Mint Mojito is the perfect solution to those long summer days!

Things You'll Need:Mojito's Baby!

  • 4 Sprigs of Fresh Mint
  • Standard Syrup
  • Ice (Preferably crushed)
  • White Rum (Preferably Bacardi)
  • Fresh Lime Slices
  • Tall Glass
  • Swivel Stick
  • Dawa Stick (Mixer)

Instructions

  1. Grab your glass and add the mint sprigs, 2 lime slices and some syrup.
  2. Muddle these ingredients with your Dawa Stick (Mixer) thoroughly.
  3. Add 2 ounces (typically 50 ml) of white rum and and fill the glass with ice
  4. Then mix with your swivel stick or shake.
  5. Top up with soda water and garnish with a few mint sprigs...and enjoy!

Tips & Warnings

  • Depending on how much syrup you use, will vary how sweet your Mint Mojito will be.
  • It is typically about a 1/2 ounce (typically a teaspoon full).
  • Remember to drink responsibly and LEAD SA.
